COVID-19 Policies

AS OF November 21, 2021

In order to make the experience at the farm this year as safe and fun as possible, we will be implementing the following provincially recommended COVID-19 protocols:

• In light of the current situation, please act responsibly and maintain appropriate social distancing, wearing masks where distancing is not possible;
• Website upgrade allowing people to prepay and prebook;
• Encouraging prepaying to limit the number of people in line and time spent interacting with cashier;
• Encouraging time slot booking for the Family Fun Farm to reduce wait times and manage customer volume (not required for purchasing a tree);
• One-way entry and NEW EXIT to facilitate customer flow and prevent crowding;
• Masks are mandatory on wagon ride, on Pony Rides, and when interacting with staff. Signs will be posted to remind customers where to wear masks;
• Physical distancing reminders and signs are now located strategically around the farm;
• Wagon ride has reduced seating (lowered capacity) to accommodate physical distancing between families/groups on the ride. A second wagon has been added to accommodate more passengers;
• Customers are encouraged to bring their own saws;
• Hand sanitizing stations are now located strategically around the farm;
• Family Fun Farm has limited capacity of 100 people;
• Customers enjoying the Family Fun Farm are encouraged to limit their stay to 60 minutes if there is a line-up;
• Staff are trained in proper sanitation methods;
• Staff will wear masks when in contact with customers and other employees not from the same household;
• Staff at checkout and admissions have a barrier between themselves and customers;
• Signs on site remind customers not to enter if they have COVID-19 symptoms;
